Short lease BKR

Do you need temporary mobility on a flexible basis, but do you have a negative BKR registration? Or do you not want to be registered directly with the BKR? Then a short lease from Dealerleasing is the ideal solution for you.

With a short lease contract with Dealerleasing you benefit from an all-inclusive lease, which means you are completely relieved of your worries. In addition, as a customer with a short lease, you choose a flexible and fast solution. You are not tied to a contract for an unnecessarily long time and you can often drive your lease car within 48 hours of signing your contract. This also means that you can cancel the lease contract after the end of a project or assignment.

In addition, all costs are included in the short lease contract. This means that maintenance, repairs, breakdown assistance, motor vehicle tax and replacement transport are included in the monthly amount. You only have to pay for the fuel and any fines separately. After the term of the contract, the short lease contract can be canceled monthly.

No BKR registration

With most leasing companies you enter into a regular long-term lease agreement. However, this is not the case with a short lease. The advantage of a short lease contract is that the lease contract is flexible and is not recorded with the Credit Registration Office (BKR).

Short lease is an attractive alternative to leasing or renting if you need a car or commercial vehicle for a period of at least one month and a maximum of 24 months. This can be interesting, for example, if you plan to take out a mortgage or loan in the short term. A short lease contract is not registered, while a regular lease agreement is often registered and can therefore influence the financing that you can take out.

Leasing a car with negative BKR registration

Of course, your situation could also be the other way around; you have a negative BKR registration and would still like to lease a car. In most cases this is not a problem with Dealer Leasing. We assess your situation ourselves and do not have this done by an external agency or lender. We work openly and transparently and look at leasing options with you. We assume that as an entrepreneur you can accurately assess your financial options and trust that you will make the right choice. It goes without saying that Dealerleasing is careful when concluding a short-term lease agreement.

FAQ

Can I short-lease with a BKR registration?

Yes! We look at the person behind the entrepreneur. We do not carry out a BKR check and assess your situation ourselves. Almost every entrepreneur is welcome because of our flexible acceptance policy. We always think and search with you for a suitable mobility solution. Contact one of our leasing advisors to be advised on the possible options, tailored to your mobility budget.

How does a BKR registration work?

The BKR keeps a register of all loans above €250 for private individuals and above €1000 for business, which have a term of more than one month. The BKR also records whether the loan is paid on time. Companies can then access this information when someone wants to apply for credit. Based on this data, companies can assess whether a person is taking on too onerous a financial obligation and is therefore eligible for credit. If you fall behind on payments or are involved in debt mediation, this will result in a negative BKR registration. For example, a negative registration can cause problems when concluding a (long-term) lease contract or when applying for a mortgage.

Why is no BKR registration made?

With most leasing companies you enter into a lease agreement for a longer period. Short lease differs in this, as it is a short-term agreement. In addition, short lease offers the flexibility to cancel the contract monthly after the agreed term. This makes it possible to terminate the contract as soon as your situation changes or as soon as you no longer want to use the lease car.

Why can't you often lease with a BKR registration?

A BKR registration can have a long-term impact, even if you have already met your financial obligations. This can make it more difficult to take out a new loan, including leasing vehicles, both private and business. Leasing companies often assess your financial situation in advance before drawing up the lease agreement. If an external credit rating agency sees a negative BKR registration, this usually results in a rejection of your lease application.
