What is included in your lease rate?

I have a negative BKR registration. Can I short-lease?

Have you ever had payment problems that led to a negative BKR registration? In most cases, this means that many leasing companies do not want to enter into a lease contract with you. At Dealerleasing we do things differently. We offer the option to lease, even if you have a negative BKR registration. We assess you based on your current situation and the confidence we have in your company and in you. So even if you are dealing with a negative BKR registration, you can submit an application to us. 

Can I shortlease as a starter?

Of course, as a starter you can also use short lease from Dealerleasing. We will work with you to find a suitable solution so that you can get on the road quickly. With us you do not have to provide financial statements such as annual figures or annual reports. Instead, we focus on your personal situation and base our advice on that. We are happy to help starters with a representative vehicle to start their business.  

Is it possible to short-lease a car privately?

Yes, this is possible with Dealerleasing. Private leasing is possible with us with a term of 1 to 12 months. However, there is a legal age limit of 25 years or older to be able to use this. Because you only lease for a short period, you will not be registered with the BKR.

Can I drive my company car privately?

This is allowed. However, you pay additional tax on the catalogue value of the car from 500 km per year. This additional tax depends on the fuel the car runs on and the year of manufacture.

Can I short-lease a car/bus as a taxi or courier service?

As a courier service, you can lease a company car from us. However, there are conditions attached to this. Read here more. Unfortunately, it is not possible to short-lease a car or bus as a taxi at Dealerleasing. We may be able to help you with financial leasing. Contact us for the possibilities. 

Do I have to pay a deposit on my lease car?

Yes, we usually work with a deposit. This can differ per category. Ask your lease advisor about the amount of the deposit.

Do you have both new and used cars available for short-term lease?

At Dealerleasing we supply both new and used cars directly from stock. We always have a fleet available of more than 1,500 passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Our used cars have only been used for a short time, so they are actually as good as new. The big advantage of delivering from stock is that the ordering time is much shorter.

What should I do in case of theft?

It is very annoying when your car is stolen. In case of theft of your car, take into account the following:

  1. In the event of theft/embezzlement of the lease car, you must report it to the police as soon as possible.
  2. You inform us of the incident as soon as possible. Call us: 088-700 1818.
  3. Make a (photo)copy of the tax return; fully completed and signed on both sides. Send Send this together with the European accident report form and the car key to us as soon as possible.

Can I drive my lease car abroad?

Yes, it is allowed to drive through most of Europe with your lease car. For this you need a green card that you can apply for via contractbeheer@dealerleasing.nl. There are some countries in Europe excluded, including Turkey. Please contact us to get more information about this.

Can I expand my lease car with additional options?

Do you want a lease car equipped with options and accessories? At DealerLeasing.nl you can easily expand your lease contract! We offer you expansion options such as a fuel card, mileage registration, direct replacement transport or a charging card. Ask one of our advisors about the possibilities or read here more.

Can I also get a fuel card with my lease contract?

A fuel card is certainly a possibility. Take contact via the service page and one of our colleagues in the contract management department will help you further.

Can advertising stickers be placed on my lease car?

Yes! If you want your company logo on your lease car, we will also arrange this for you.

I want to use extra cars, can you arrange this?

This is certainly possible! If you want to use more cars, you can always contact our advisors. They will help you with this.

Can I upgrade my contract?

Upgrading in the meantime is certainly a possibility. Because you are not tied to long-term contracts, this can be arranged quickly by trading in the lease car for a car from a higher segment, for example. Contact us via the service page or contact your advisor via 088 700 1818 for the possibilities.

The term of my short-lease contract has expired, can I still continue driving?

Yes, definitely! At Dealerleasing.nl we always speak of a minimum term. You can continue to drive your car for as long as you wish.

I want to transfer my contract to another company name, is this possible?

Yes! We would like to receive the new KVK data and bank details by email: contractbeheer@dealerleasing.nl. If the Chamber of Commerce number has remained the same, we would like to receive the new name and address details; we will adjust this in our system.

What is the notice period?

We have a notice period of one calendar month. You must communicate this before the end of the contract term.

How do I cancel my contract?

You can easily cancel your contract by form to fill in. Our colleagues will contact you to coordinate the intake and confirm the cancellation.

What is the return procedure after the contract ends?

Submission procedure:

  1. You indicate in writing when you wish to return the car.
  2. You will receive a confirmation from us stating the return date and location.

I am not able to return my lease car myself.

No problem! For a small additional fee, we will have your lease car picked up at your desired location in the Netherlands.

Will there be any costs involved if I cancel my contract early?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your contract before the agreed term. You can, however, submit a request to us for early termination. You will then have to take into account a cancellation fee.

Can I take over my lease car?

In most cases it is possible to take over the lease car at the end of the contract.

Can I short-term lease as a self-employed person?

Yes! Shortlease is very attractive for self-employed people. Due to the flexibility of monthly cancellation, you also run little risk. You can drive within 24 hours. We have a fast acceptance and you do not have to share your annual figures. It is also possible to sticker your company car with your company logo, we also arrange this for you. Do I have to share my figures as a starting entrepreneur?

As a starting entrepreneur, you do not have to share annual figures with us. We do not carry out a BKR check and assess your situation ourselves. Your short lease with us starts from 1 month and can be canceled monthly. We have a flexible acceptance policy.

What is the delivery time?

We aim to deliver a lease car within 1 to 3 working days. If the desired lease car is not immediately available, we will provide you with a temporary car in the meantime.

Can my car be delivered on location?

Yes, definitely! For a small additional charge of €97.50 excluding VAT, your lease car can be delivered to your desired location in the Netherlands during office hours. Please contact us for this. contact with us.

What to do in case of a breakdown on the road?

You must contact us emergency number: 088 700 1818You pass on the following:

  • License plate
  • Problem
  • Breakdown location

The breakdown assistance service will come to your location to assist you further.

What to do for maintenance and repairs?

Regular maintenance of all our lease cars is provided by our network of garages. Choose from one of our partner garages in your area. Make an appointment on our maintenance and repair page.

What to do in case of only very minor repairs/maintenance?

If you need to top up fluids, replace a light bulb, repair worn windscreen wipers or have a tire repaired, you can visit a Bosch Car Service or Vakgarage without an appointment.

Will I get a replacement car if my lease car is being repaired?

In your lease agreement you can see what is included in your contract. Read this carefully, so you will not be faced with unexpected costs.
